Product Description
The Top Load Washer Pump Belt lives between the motor pully and and the pump pulley, and drives the pump in your washer. You'll need to remove the front panel of your washing machine to access the old belt using a phillips screwdriver. When tipping the washer back to access the belt, be sure to support the appliance with a piece of wood so it remains steady. Installing this part will require no disassembly of the appliance or repair experience. Remember to unplug the washer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installation. Also be sure to shut off your hot and cold water supplies. Helpful Tip: We also recommend using affresh??½ Washing Machine Cleaner (item 1373065) once a month to help reduce odor-causing residue that can build up in your washing machine's drain without proper care. *affresh??½ brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
