This part may also be needed if you find that your washer is filling slowly, not filling at all or leaking water onto the floor. Note that this item features an updated design and may differ in appearance from the original part. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience. You must unplug the washing machine or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off your hot and cold water supplies.
