This Front Load Washer Shock Absorber absorbs the vibrations and movements of the outer washer tub. Your washer has 4 shock absorbers ?û 2 in the back and 2 in the front. If your tub is shaking while in cycle, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. You'll remove the hose and the back panel behind the machine to access this part. Turn the old shock absorber 90 degrees on the top and bottom to release it from the appliance. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience.
