Product Description
The Refrigerator Ice Maker Sensor gauges the water level in the water reservoir and signals the control when the reservoir needs filling. Once the water level reaches a certain point, the sensor will signal the controls to fill the reservoir. In order to access the part, you'll need to access the water pump area of the ice cube maker. This sensor measures approximately 3-3/4" L. Installing this part will require basic tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
