The Washer Boot Seal Retaining Ring holds the washer bellow seal (door boot) in place in the appliance's frame. To remove the old clamp, simply open the washer door, and use a screwdriver to pop it out. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the washer and novice repair experience.
