This valve is a 120v, 16HZ and 15W valve. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools and some disassembly of the ice maker. Previous repair experience will be helpful but is not necessary. You must unplug the ice maker or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also be sure to turn off the water supply.
